Will the flowers I ordered look exactly like in the images on the website?
The photographs provided are general guides for the design, style and colour of the products. As no two fresh flowers are the same, there may be slight differences in the delivered floral arrangement to the website image. Depending on the seasonal availability of flowers and to ensure the freshness of the flowers used, we may also select some similar flowers of equal value and amount as substitutes. We will do our best to arrange the product as close to your selection as possible.
How much in advance do I need to make my order?
It is preferred that you make your order at least 2 days in advance. For urgent same day delivery orders, call or Whatsapp us to check. For more elaborated projects such as wedding events, please make your order at least one week in advance.
I have made payment for an order on the site. What should I do next?
You will receive a confirmation email for your order from us that includes the order details. Once the item is sent out, you will receive another email from us.
Can I call Hong Lim Florists directly to place an order?
Yes, you can reach us at (+65) 6741 0566. For phone orders, we will advise you on the payment separately.
Do you sell other products that are not listed on the website?
The website features only a limited range of our products. For more information, please contact us to check.
Can I amend my order?

What modes of payment are available?
We accept credit card and PayPal payments.
Do you keep my credit card details?
We do not keep your credit card details on our servers. All credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, a secure payment service provider.
Will I receive communication of my payment status of whether it has failed or was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email if your payment is successful. If the payment did not go through, you will not receive any email.

What are your delivery options?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 and is free with purchases over $80. Same day delivery is possible and is at no extra charge, but subjected to the availability of requested items. For specific requests for delivery, please call or WhatsApp us directly to check.
Standard delivery timeframes are:
- 9am - 12pm
- 12pm - 3pm
- 3pm - 6pm
- 6pm - 9pm
If you have any special requests for the delivery timing, you may contact us directly to arrange. If you would like to opt for self collection of orders, contact us directly to check.
Do you provide shipping outside of Singapore?

Can I self-collect my order?
Self-collection is available exclusively at our Headquarters at a time pre-agreed with us. If you would like to opt for this option, please call or Whatsapp us to make the arrangements.
What if the recipient is not in when delivery is made?
We will call the recipient before delivery to ensure that delivery can be made successfully. If recipient is not in, we may leave the order securely on the property upon recipient’s acknowledgement (Eg. leaving the flowers with security guards).In the event that we are unable to reach the recipient with the order, the flowers will be bring back to our shop and we will call you or the recipient to make further arrangement.
